Your use of Vivagourmet.com Web site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions each time you use this Web site.
The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Furthermore, while we do our best to assure any taxes and shipping quoted for a particular order are accurate for the applicable location to which the order is being shipped, should an erroneous quote be provided, we will notify you of such error before finalizing and shipping your order. You will be responsible for all applicable taxes and shipping, regardless of the amount quoted on this Web site at the time of your order.
Use of Web Site
Viva Gourmet takes great pride in offering the finest ingredients. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items. We cannot issue a refund to customers who refuse a delivery or attempt to return the shipment.
Please check the delivery date carefully. Orders will be shipped based on the delivery date selected during checkout. It is important to keep in mind that perishable shipments should not be left outside after delivery if possible.
We will accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt. We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase until we have the ingredient back in inventory.

If returning a non perishable item for refund or exchange , Wrap the package well, include a copy of the packing list/invoice enclosed in your order and ship it to us at the address below. Remember to insure it for full value. Shipping charges are not refundable.

In-stock items ordered before 2:00 p.m. EST are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.
Under normal conditions, orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship that day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday will usually ship the following day.
- Orders of perishable items placed after 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday will ship the following Monday as we are unable to ship during the weekend.
- Non perishable items placed after 2:00pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Also, please note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the transit times listed.
Due to the perishable nature of our ingredients, we ship all of our orders via FedEx using the appropriate shipping type based on your order. Perishable ingredients may only ship through FedEx next day delivery and overnight deliveries, non perishable only orders have the option of standard FedEx deliveries.
We calculate shipping rates using our current negotiated rates with FedEx based on the total weight of the order. Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address.
Your order is carefully selected and packed from our refrigerated warehouse. We use recyclable insulated boxes with reusable ice packs designed to maintain your items in good condition for 48 hours through express shipping.
Future shipping date options:
Available future dates can be selected from the drop down menu we provide during the checkout process.
Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are determined by shipping zone. Orders to these areas must be placed by contacting a representative at email@example.com due to the perishable nature of our ingredients.
Vivagourmet.com does not ship to PO Boxes. All shipments require a valid street address.
Unfortunately Vivagourmet.com does not ship to APO or other US Military locations due to our perishable ingredients.
Vivagourmet.com provides the customer with tracking information of your shipment. You will receive this via the email address you provide during the order process. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you need to inquire about the status of your order.
Orders may only be canceled with advanced notice. We will do what we can to honor the request, but we can only cancel the order if it hasn’t begun the shipping process yet. Please be sure to request a cancellation before 2:00 P.M. EST the day before It is scheduled to ship.
PLEASE NOTE: Weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected, please plan ahead and order early when possible.
